The Class of 2026 had one final walk through the halls at each one of our Scituate school buildings yesterday. This was an incredibly meaningful moment for our school community. Students were able to reconnect with their elementary and middle school teachers and staff, and our elementary and middle school students had the chance to celebrate with them. We are beyond excited to see what's in store for our graduating class. Congratulations to the Class of 2026!

Scituate’s Prevention Coordinator, Mr. Jack Klimaj, set up an interactive table during lunches to celebrate Red Ribbon Week. Students took the pledge to be drug-free and tested their knowledge by answering prevention questions for a chance to spin the prize wheel. It was a fun and meaningful way to promote healthy choices and awareness!

The Scituate Boys Soccer team’s incredible season came to a heartbreaking end in the quarterfinals with a 3–2 loss to Tiverton High School. It was a tough battle, and the boys left everything on the field. Hold your heads high, Spartans — you’ve made our school and community proud!

The SHS Cross Country team ended their regular season by competing in their Class Meet at Ponaganset High School on Saturday, October 25th. Every athlete gave it their all, showing determination and teamwork throughout the challenging course.

On Monday, October 20th, our Spartans Cross Country team showed up strong at Freshman States at Deerfield Park! All three of our freshmen set personal records as they competed against athletes from across Rhode Island.

The Scituate High School band led the annual Halloween Parade on October 24th. It was a beautiful afternoon with a great crowd and great music! The bands next performance is the Veterans Day Parade on 11/11.

On Friday, members of the biomedical pathway attended the HOSA - Future Health Professionals Fall Leadership Conference. They participated in a variety of workshops in the morning and listened to a panel of residents from Kent County Hospital share their journey into medicine in the afternoon.
